Error, Http gateway time-out

I've have just installed the operaTor and when I tried to run program, error appears in browser “Http gateway time out”

What should I do? I followed already the suggestion posted here but still not responds. Thanks!

The only thing I see on the FAQ suggest some closed port but mine are open!

these are the version information Version 9.63 Build 10476 Platform Win32 System Windows XP Java Sun Java Runtime Environment version 1.6
