Does not install, says"Tor files are missing"

I ran into this when I extracted all the files and then ran OperaTor.exe. So I went back and erased the extracted files, then I viewed inside the zip file and ran the unzipped OperaTor.exe. When it said that it needed to extract the other files, I answered yes to that, and everything worked OK.

I have tried to run

I have tried to run OperaTor.exe and use the suggestions listed here but it still will not work. Says Tor files are missing and then exits.

This message means that

This message means that OperaTor didn't find the Tor\tor.exe or Tor\torrc files. It may be something with the script not detecting the working directory. But it's only a guess because I can't reproduce this error (Vista 64-bit, XP 32-bit).
