With this newest 2.6b version I am geting a dos window on startup saying DNS cannot be resolved
If the message is DNS: couldn't open /etc/resolv.conf it's normal.
stopping at listening port8123
That's pretty strange because it should be listening on port 8118.
Could this be addressed so may be it works without that dos or other window appearing on startup or is it to with my connection internet being off.
Polipo and Tor windows should be hidden (they are on my machine). What version of Windows are you using? Are you, by any chance, executing OperaTor without extracting it first? Is your internet connection active?
Apart from that all my prayers are for you for this wonderful effort and gesture.
